In the fall of 2021, The Board of Directors and select independent stakeholders contributed donations toward an anonymous matching grant that provided funds for mapping services and a gps overview of the entire cemetery. We are proud to announce that the process is complete and you can now visit the cemetery via GPS through this link:
Due to the cemetery’s age, and significant archival data in the cemetery records, it became clear that a number of individuals have been buried in the cemetery without identifiers or markers. Using ground penetrating radar, more than 135 unknown/unmarked graves were identified. Cemetery historians on the current Board of Directors will now be able to use the archival data stored in cemetery records to identify a number of these graves. Should you have information on an unidentified grave in or near your family plot, please do not hesitate to reach out to us on the contact section of this website. Consequently, over a ten-month period, every effort was taken to properly locate, identify and photograph each interment. If you find a mistake or if you have additional interment information, have a recent interment we are unaware of, or have any historical information on the cemetery please contact us through this website.
